i had an incident with my phone after i first got it. it sounded like it had a drop of water in the earpiece. you know, it gets staticy and then it's fine. well, the other day i had no sound whatsoever. none. no music, no button beeps, no sound from the person i was trying to call. after shutting off the phone and turning it back on it seemed to fix itself.

my question is, has anyone had this problem and is it a persistent problem? will it get worse?
