I tried to program the voice commands on my Ntelos Spyder II (TRitan) to suit my environment . It went though the process without a problem but when I tried to use the commands, it always came back with "Command unrecognised". Defaulting the phone did not fix it. Called Tech support who put me through to LG who said to return it.
Sent it (less than 30 days old) to Ntelos who confirmed the fault and they sent it to LG.. Unrepairable so im getting a replacement.. Wife's untrained version works without issue in a standard environment.  Bit reluctant to re-train the new one when it arrives incase we get the same problem. May be a firmware bug.. Cant confirm or deny at the moment.

Anyone else had Voice command probs?
