Moving Pics to PC

HI, I am not real savvy with new phones, so this is blowing my mind, I love my phone but want more than a phone. How do I move my pics to my PC without a micro SD card, which I don`t have, and just using the USB cord. I read the book, I connected the cord, I can`t view anything on my pc thru the USB. What am I doing wrong? Please help!!!

Having the same trouble. I actually have a micro SD card, however I saved a ton of pics to my phone prior to getting it that I would like to move to my pc. Can anyone help us?

I kinda answered my own question today. For anyone who is interested their is a way to send it to an online album but it costs to send a pic message. Best way is to bluetooth to another phone that WILL let you save your pics/vids to a pc. Or just get an i phone lol
