Music transfer from PC to Micro SD car

I tried to copy music files from itunes over to the sd card and it doesnt show up on the phone, what can i do to make it be detected?

How did you connect it to iTunes in the first place?
To my knowledge that program only works with apple products.

I suppose the most logical answer is you dragged and dropped them from iTunes, but instead of it being
connected in itunes you dragged them from iTunes to the windows explorer window you had open.

Did you put the files in My_Music?
Also what format are the songs?
It only officially supports MP3 and WMA file formats, but I've gotten aac to work it just doesn't show album artwork,song info, and the play time always resets after unpauseing it.
