I got a new sd card that my phone does recongnize, plugged into computer and uploaded some videos. Put the card back in the phone and it recongnized but when i go to look for the videos they don't show up. The video is set to the external memory but they won't show up even though they are in the avi format. Any ideas?

anyone?Huh  I tried to shorten the title of the videos but they still won't show up under videos or anything else even though it reads thr card and tells me how much memory is left.  Trade this phone in for something cheaper and buy an ipod cause so far this phone has done everything previous phones have done. Make calls text and not play videos

I have perfect playback.

Now I don't know where you get your videos and that really makes the difference, but I get mine off YouTube using a program called YouTube Downloader.

Here is a link to it.
http://download.cnet.com/YouTube-Downloader/3000-2071_4-10647340.html?tag=mncol

Install it,go to YouTube, find a video, copy the url,go to the program,it will automatically enter the url when you scroll over the input box,hit ok to download, once it finishes change to convert video,mp4 should be the defult option so don't mess with it,click ok,change to optimal for quality, click ok,it will convert the file,it will then ask to replace the source, click ok.

Your done, just transfer the file to your phone and your good to go.

I've noticed that playing mp4 directly downloaded from YouTube results in bad audio so I think it changes the audio codec.

I'm sorry if this doesn't help you out much because I know some people probable download stuff like tv shows in avi format and need help converting it.

I've yet to figure out a good program for that. Understandable seeing as I've only had this phone for 3 days.
