I took my phone in today and it was replaced with a new tritan.  My first tritan battery would not stay charged for long.  My phone also started resetting on its on.  I had the battery swapped last week and this did not help with the problem.  I spoke with a customer service rep yesterday and was told that i should not be having any of these problems and he told me to take it back into the store i purchased it from and swap it out.  I am happy to say that my phone has stayed charged all day and working without any problems. I really love this phone and have learned a lot of different things i can do to make it work for me. I was a former blackberry owner and do not regret switching.  I am happy that my phone working properly.
