Possible new LG Tritan owner

Thinking about getting this phone, was wondering the differences between this and the LG Bliss ? maybe one of you can help me, and can you sync your contacts from gmail to your phonebook? on the website (USCELLULAR) it says under smartphones, Windows Mobile/Blackberry, but this is neither, so is it still considered a smart phone ? thanks.

Oh and does it have GPS on it, turn by turn directions? and before i go to uscellular, what's there policy on getting a new phone, i know it's different from other carriers, you can pretty much get a new phone anytime without paying full price?
