It's not really his fault that he got the Nobel Prize and to be honest it's something he doesn't want, at least not right now.

To remembered as the President that got a Nobel Prize for not having accomplished what he is getting it for at the time he got it would be hard on anyone.

There is now the unbearable pressure that he has to get it done.

I feel sorry for the guy because he has such high expectations set on him for his 4 year term that almost
seem impossible without public support.
