no. only way to do that is to use a program like bitpim or similar. someone was nice and put the instructions on this page  http://www.lg-tritan.com/index.php?topic=237.0 .

you can have anyone send you a ringtone but it will not be accessible until you use a program to move it into your ringtone section of your phone. alltel has that part of the software locked out on the phone.
