I'm with Alltel & recently upgraded my cell phone to a Tritan. I have always used Sony Music Box to purchase my ringtones- without a problem.... until I got this new phone!!! I have credits on my account- but when I go to purchase my selected ringtone- a message pops up for me to delete some files from my phone; there is not enough memory to download the selected ringtone- BUTTTTT- when you check the internal memory- there is hardly anything used. I also have an SD card- so there should not be a memory problem at all. Alltel suggested it was a faulty phone- so I got a new one- needless to say the SAME PROBLEM with the 2nd phone!!! I contacted Alltel again to let them know same problem w/ different phone- they referred me to contact Sony Music Box. I have searched everywhere- there is no contacting Sony Music Box. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
